The Lift team is characterized by analytical thinking, creativity and people orientation. Starting from yellow, the team thinks in terms of concepts, including essential aspects. You also have an eye for one another and an understanding of the human side of things (green). Properties that come into their own in an environment where contact with people is important. Orange then helps to focus on the team’s goal and result. Starting with turquoise, you can put things in another perspective. The red value system adds a certain energy and a certain speed.
