The Curious Company® GmbH is a start-up from Hamburg founded in 2020. The team develops outstanding and multiple award-winning digital experiences, apps, experimental storytelling formats, digital PoS solutions, virtual and augmented reality experiences – together with the most curious people in the industry. Curious Company is built with a lot of passion by three experienced founders. Although everyone in the core team has known each other for a long time, they don’t want to leave anything to chance. Everyone agrees and knows that they bring three different personalities with them, who could clash in times of stress.

In addition, the particularly productive and pleasant team dynamics should in no way be jeopardized in the company’s growth. The family atmosphere should remain and keep the growing team close together in the long term.

1. Individual Analysis

LIFT initially made the value-based profile analysis available to all founders. In the second step, the results were discussed and recorded with a LIFT coach on an individual level (quick learnings).

2. Teamanalysis & Website

In the second step we jumped from the personal to the team level. Here the team got its own access to the LIFT page, on which the data-based team report could be downloaded and the core insights of the team dynamics were illustrated in video and podcast formats. The focus here is on your own synergies and watchouts for the cooperation.

3. Workshop & App

We recorded the new language as the basis for team communication and the data-based description of culture in our micro-workshop. Finally, we presented our app as a sustainable aid for mutual cooperation. With this we implemented a tool that enables value-oriented management for sustainable performance in growth.
