Together with Rebecca (HR) and Daniel (CEO), we first have a data-based requirement profile for the vacant position, matching the team culture and the area of responsibility.
Then each candidate goes through a 20-minute Profile Dynamics® profile analysis online. The applicants receive a detailed evaluation of their own motivation structure and experience enormous added value in the process of getting to know each other. The applicants are also highly valued beyond the application process.
We compare the profiles and send Rebecca a guide within 24 hours to support the application process. This contains a matching score, a potential analysis and a cultural fit comparison.
