Sie selbst sehen riesiges Wachstumspotential im Freelancer-Markt, welcher von Experten auf ca. 3,69 Billionen Euro geschätzt wird. Der rasante Aufstieg gibt ihnen recht. In der letzten Finanzierungsrunde sammelten sie 6,4 Million Euro ein und Investoren vertrauen diesem starken Startup bis dato mit insgesamt ca. 18,4 Millionen Euro.

Challenge

WorkGenius scales with your B2B product via suitable sales staff. As in any growing company, the basic principle is that the crew must be absolutely motivated and want to give everything together. Success depends to a large extent on having the right talent.

A solution had to be found so that applicants could be optimally integrated into the existing team, get started right away and remain motivated in the long term.
